Sunday best: Wiggle wiggle wiggle

I’m not the biggest fan of bodycon clothing in general. It’s a bit too Kim K for me. I mean, there’s nothing wrong with wearing something fitted once in a while but generally I prefer floaty and smock-like clothing to a bodycon dress. But, as I said, once in a while it’s nice to wear something that shows one’s shape and is a bit more…sassy and feminine. And nothing says sassy and feminine like a Wiggle dress. Also, I’m in Lagos, Nigeria at the moment and people here do not play with their Sunday best so you know I had to come correct!

Speaking of Nigeria, I should probably mention the fact that I recently relocated to Nigeria – I told you big things were afoot! So along with a new blog design (hope you love it as much as I do!), comes a slight shift of focus. As you know, this blog started in February 2013 as a journal for my natural hair journey with Grace but has since evolved to cover my style, travel and general life adventures with Grace. The blog’s focus will remain primarily on my natural hair journey with Grace, but do expect new content to include our adventures here in Nigeria and how we are getting on. I really hope you will join us for the ride!

Highlight of the week – being named a Chaud content creator to follow by Chaud Magazine (*still screaming in my head*). Chaud Magazine is a really awesome online magazine dedicated to all things fashion, entertainment and technology. I feel so honoured to be recognized in this way so please go show some love and check out the magazine!

Have an amazing week!
