Sunday best: Big kid

I went to a jungle-themed children’s party this weekend and honestly, I felt so jealous. I wanted to be pint-sized again, and go on the bouncy castle, sit at the kiddies’ table, wear their animal crowns and generally do all the things they got to do. The kids looked like they were having so much fun and I wanted to leave the adults’ table to join them. Instead, I decided to comfort myself with a little back and forth on my nephew’s swing a bit later. I had to keep my feet on the ground though, lest I tipped it over with my weight – it is for a 2 year old after all!
